poor breakfast cheap ingredients
the room was clean and in an acceptable condition.
breakfast was a real disappointment. The food seemed to use only the cheapest ingredients. it made getting a good start to the day quite difficult.

Fantastic Amenities and Convenient Location!
complimentary valet spacious room relaxing pool shuttle service
I appreciated the complimentary valet service, very fast, and the staff was always smiling! The rooms were spacious, and I loved the big bathroom with the rainfall shower. It felt luxurious! I also found the pool area relaxing, Younas from the pool area was great. The shuttle service to the airport really helped, especially with my early flight.
The breakfast buffet was busy, resulting in a short wait for a table. Though the food was great.

The hotel offered a half-board option, so I only came to the hotel to eat and sleep, very practical! The food was quite adequate. I enjoyed trying new things, and the staff kept everything clean and stocked.

The pool area was open until midnight because of Bayram, a nice surprise that I fully used! The valet service was both free and fast. It made coming and going so easy.

Mr Atef and the room service team were friendly. They really tried their best! They listened to all suggestions. I felt that my feedback was taken seriously and acted upon quickly. This means they care about their guests.

The room was large and comfortable and had all of the needed amenities! The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower head. It felt very modern. I had a lot of space for my things.

The location was perfect. there is a mosque directly across the street! It is an eight minute drive from the Mall and the Burj Khalifa. That makes it easy to get around to the main attractions.

dull decor visible dust
the gym was acceptable. it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
the decor looked old and dull. it also was not very clean. dust was visible on surfaces, and the bathroom showed signs of wear. i found the lack of upkeep unacceptable for this supposed hotel.
